Kei is a Sri Lankan Japanese improvisational sound artist based in Berlin. In her work, she aims to explore what is born out of the present moment, acknowledgment of pain that is present and the healing and soothing that it seeks. This is reflected through intentional setting of a ritual sound space, of prayer and allowing. She primarily works with found instruments, electronics and voice.
